Very long process took over a month and 3 interviews later for them to make a decision. After submitting my resume I got invited to complete an automated online video interview where the questions were timed and were somewhat hard to answer with time constraint. After that I heard back from HR saying that I made it to the second round which was a Skype interview with 2 inside sales managers, this process was all about asking me questions about my resume and asking personal questions... made it through here and to the final interview stay tuned for this: Final interview consisted of making a PowerPoint presentation and delivering a sales pitch 15 min long about which car would be best for their sales reps you get to pick between 2 brands which they give you. This final part of the interview process takes part in the office I had to present in front of the director of sales and 5 other inside sales managers. While presenting most of these people were just yawning because they have seen probably hundreds of these presentations, after presenting you then get grilled on by 6 people asking same questions as the Skype interview. Final part of this was to shadow a current inside sales rep... they take you to the sales floor where the sales happen and yea as i am walking in I see a lot of young people mid 20's all WHITE CAUCASIAN in the sales teams WOW wonder why? probably because of the type of people BD sales too. Absolutely no diversity on the SALES side of BD business. So I knew then that was a red flag. After shadowing a rep for 20 min they walked me out and said that i would be noticed within a few days of their decision. Yeah a month later and bunch of paperwork going back and forth what is this company thinking with this super long process?
