The interview was maybe 25 min long in the 1st round then 15 min in the 2nd round. The guy was very personable and basically backed up to the very beginning of my 13 year work history. He asked me to describe what I did and why I left. Looking back on it, I think he was checking more into my attitude and intellectual ability versus my work/education background.
