Terrible, this company should be sued. The staff while nice was highly disorganized, it seemed like they had 1 poor woman doing all the interviews and paperwork same time.
So after 2 interviews, I was given paperwork to fill out and scan back, 35 pages to sign and $10 out of pocket to notarize my background check. I waited 2 weeks after faxing all the paperwok and spending $20 out of pocket notarizing and faxing the absurd amount of paperwork, post interview process to them be told they moved ahead with another candidate.
Wait, what!?
I got so mad, this isnt the first job I've accepted from BCFS but this is the first time any companpy requires you to pay out of pocket in order to be declined for a job. Normally after 2 interviews you have to accept a job offer to move ahead with the addtional paperwork, but not with BCFS, they dont care. They make sure you know you are expandable and can be fired at anytime.
I was asked extremely basic and unethical questions, which was a huge red flag to their professionalism. Ranging from my ethnicity and if I would fit in with theirs, which *dont even know how thats legal* was all 1 in texas. I was asked if I was Puerto Rican and If would fit in with an all PR staff. I thought was highly unprofessional.
1 month to be denied after paying out of pocket and undergoing 2 interviews, they should be sued.
