I was asked a few questions on the phone, I believe it was for pre-screening then was called a few days later to schedule the interview. One interview with two supervisors. I was asked to fill some paperwork to accelerate the process "if I was chosen". The process after that was very long. The interview was simple and felt more casual. I was asked a few questions in Spanish since one of the position requirements was to be bilingual

Entrevista
Interview was very unofficial, job was unofficially offered. HR had poor communication. Director was very disorganized during the interview. She a is not that my ability to speak Spanish or discuss my previous experience.

Not a difficult interview. Very polite staff. Asked to submit writing sample. I was told I would be scheduled for a second interview, but I have not heard back yet.
