Entrevista
I went into the store to apply for the job.
The manager let me fill in the form and asked me some typical interview questions. For example, "What do you know about the company?" and " Talk about yourself."
And then, the manager decided to arrange another interview at another time.
In the second interview, the manager tested me styling clothes for herself in a dinner party occasion.
After the role-play, she said she will call my reference and make decision.
Few days after, I got the job offer.
The interview process involved a few in-person meetings, primarily with the store manager. From start to finish, things moved at a good pace — I wasn't left waiting around wondering where things stood. The conversations felt genuine and the overall experience was positive. It was clear they valued my time throughout the process.

They make you try to sell as many clothes as a test - at least for the BCBC Maxazria Outlet in Commerce, California. They had me meet with an associate manager and ask about your previous sales experience.
