Prescreening tests were tricky but not impossible.
Interview was 4 rooms/2 people in each room/1 question per room/10 minutes per room. Like speed dating. I liked it. Got a fresh start with each room - better than regular interviews. Stressful sometimes, but I got a good feeling with meeting 8 people from the company in 60 minutes. Questions are behavioural based - need major prep but can brings notes to interview!
Well organized and professional. Very structured - maybe too structured??
I was successful because I really did my research! When you get the questions in advance, you have to be ready with GOOD answers - bring the A game! For me, the hardest thing was that you had to have a reference that could back up each answer given. I get why but it really made selling yourself in the best manner, while keeping it truthful and verifable kept integrity into the process.

First have to pass the initial resume screen, and then you move on to an online (written) test where you have an hour to complete which usually before the interview day.

i applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at BC Assessment (Vancouver, BC) in July-2018.
you will need to write the Pre-employment assessment first in order to get ranked for interview after.
Interview questions are given in advance via email so please make sure you prepare them well, Generally S-T-A-R Approach.
you may also find some info. at BCA website under career section. Answers or materials need to be in good structured and well organized, each answer needs to be backed up with good reference as well.

Entrevista
Applied online. Received invitation to screening approximately one week after the posting closed. This was quite challenging. You are not expected to finish in time, as I did not, and still made it to the interview round. Sadly I did not receive an offer. Kind of annoying that you have to contact references regardless of whether they will use them. Wastes all of our time.
