A recruitment program that connected university students to media companies enabled me to get the interview by submitting my resume to the company. I was contacted by the director of the department I applied for and asked to come in for an in-person interview. Interview was friendly, I was asked questions about my different experiences and skills as listed on my resume, and given a tour of the office. Made me very excited to work there after I found out about my offer.
