Three person panel - all of whom were very welcoming and encouraging. Interview was very short - only 20-25mins, which was probably a bad sign. Haven't received any feedback, but I expect I didn't provide enough concrete examples and that I just didn't fit what they were looking for. Plus, I definitely fluffed one question. My advice would be to anyone going for an interview, just stay calm, talk slowly, don't ramble and don't rush to answer. Also, make sure you're really addressing the diversity issue. Should also mention that I wasn't asked any questions about my skills - so try to bring them into your answers even if they're not asking about them.
