Entrevista
It consists 6 stages:-pre-screen, psychometric test, phone interview, assesment day (consist 3 parts: team work, negotiation and presentation) and interview with C-level manager.
The hardest one is assesment day that lasting almost all day long and pretty stressful one.
phone interview - motivation, general profile, expectation
assesment day:
team work - practical case on which are working 5-6 people that have to manage in a team decision
negotiation - there is a goal that you have to reach during communication
personal presentation - checking personal and analytic skills
