Sent my CV and received an invitation for an online assessment. After passing said assessment I was invited to a one on one interview with the manager of the role i applied to.

Asked questions about my previous experiences and what made me apply for this role at BAT
first call, then FGD, then final interview. process took about 2 weeks since applying. typical FGD process. final interview was rather short and asked basic question about background, if i could code and use excel, if i can make time as it will be rigorous.

Fully ghosted after interview. They said they I would hear news after about one week, however it never happened. I never heard from the recruiter again, which shows lack of professionalism.
