Entrevista
It was a video interview. I had to record it using Sonru and talked to the camera as the questions popped up. The interview was saved in Sonru and later reviewed by recruiters.

Entrevista
There are 4 stages in the inteview process. The first stage is a online soft skills assessment through a online gamified process. The first stage is more on soft skills, no preparation needed but need to make sure you are focused during the process. The 2nd stage is a recorded video interview through Sonru. The 3rd stage is an assessment centre where fictional case studies on fictional companies were provided. The three components are: Group decision making and presentation, individual decision making and presentation and lastly self-reflection and scenario based qeustions. The 4th and final stage is the final formal interview, I didn't make it to this stage.

2nd stage: 1. Tell me about yourself 2. Why do you want to join this role? 3. What do you know about supply chain management 4. What are the potential risks in supply chain 5. Anything else to add 3rd stage: Group component: Case study on a new product introduction opportunity and the group has to decide which product to introduce and make a presentaion together and everyone presents Individual component: Case study on choosing suppliers. As an individual you will need to assess the different suppliers with the information provided to you and present your decision and reasoning behind it Last component: Question on your thoughts on the whole process. Work scenario based questions will be asked as well.
After initial screening, there is a daylong assessment. At first round, it’s a case solving by group discussion. For second round, it’s a strategic presentation for each person. If the applicants are selected in this, then they go for final interview which is held at the head office.
