Very slow process, lack of feedback and not being informed of any development in the recruiting process.
At this level i would expect a much more clearer and well defined process or at least inform candidates

1) Call from Interviewer 2) Assessment (30 Mins) 3) In-Office Interview
4)Interview with Line Manager 5) Final Interview with HOD - After Getting Offer you have to complete 1-2 Month Training with the Organization. Another Assessment occurs and if you clear that they get you a permanent position

First round was a test about the personality. Based on that I was invited to the next round which was a one-sided interview where I had to record my answers for given questions.
