The process was quick. First round was a couple of weeks with HR and the hiring manager. I've never seen HR w such smart questions. Then next round is w/ who they think will be your next boss after current role - they already think about your future roles.

4)Interview with Line Manager 5) Final Interview with HOD - After Getting Offer you have to complete 1-2 Month Training with the Organization. Another Assessment occurs and if you clear that they get you a permanent position

First round was a test about the personality. Based on that I was invited to the next round which was a one-sided interview where I had to record my answers for given questions.
