Entrevista
First, I had a phone interview of around 30 min that contained the average introductory questions regarding background and motivation. The attention was very professional by the HR staff. Afterwards, I got a cultural questionaire and two cognitive test (verbal & numerical). The last stage is an interview with the manager.
Pros: I consider the recruitment process to be very well design for filtering candidates while being easy going at the same time.
Cons: Taking so long, it allows some of the best candidates to get offers that they are likely to accept on the meanwhile... Loosing this way a lot of recruiting potential.

15min. 3 Interviewers. Standard questions about you and why they made their products the way they are. Interviewers came from Southampton to uni of Bath. CV only. The interview was final stage.
