I took the cultural, logical and cognitive tests. Each was followed immediately after finishing the former. The tests weren't so hard, however you might fail on the cultural test, which many people actually did.
I am still waiting for the initial interview, which will be held next week. If I am able to pass this, I think I will get to the assessement center, and there will be a last panel interview left.

Assessment Center, all in all quite Common: ind. Interview, Team task, group interview, Business case, Final assessment, lasting 3 to 4 hours. Good Training but Business case was very Hard

1. with HR for 30 mins (screen call)
2. in-person interview with line managers
3. assessment center (in-person group interview)
4. in-person interview with other managers
