I went through 2 interviews. What I like about the interviews is that they always have an opening where they will explain about the flow of the interview and introduction on the company. First interview is more introduction and get to know you with the hiring manager. In the second interview, one of the panelists couldn't make it (It is okay). The interview focus alot on understanding how you and how would you react/do when abc situations happens. Seems like more EQ. Although I failed to get the role, I did enjoy the session as I get to be my true self. Nothing to hide in the interview. All the best to the candidate who got the position.
