The interview process was really good, about a 45-1h interview where they asked you to bring up SPECIFIC examples of different challenges and how you overcame them. Some topics include safety, troublesome coworkers, a tough project where you just got stuck, etc.

A panel interview where you're being asked multiple scenario based questions. The interview took 45 minutes. Not many personal questions were asked. The hardest part of the interview was needing to come up with so many scenarios to answer the questions. The interviewers were kind though.
