Sehr gutes Gespräch mit einem guten Einblick in die zukünftige Tätigkeit. Zuerst gab es eine sehr sympatische Einführungsrunde mit dem zukünftigen Vorgesetzten und mit 2 Kollegen der Nachbarabteilungen. Dan begann ein sehr intensiver Assessment Center mit verschiedenen Fallstudien zu BWL, Vertrieb und Marketing.

There are 2 in person interview and 1 virtual interview. The interviewers were not aligned on the roles and responsibilities of the position.
On top of that, candidate needs to pass 2 capability assessments.
Apply through online and phone interview, about for 40minutes. self-introduction and explain next interview and salary range informed. it was very detailed and kind. I had to explain whole my career path
