Someone contacted me via email to setup a phone interview. The interview is merely a formality, if an email is received, they most likely have already decided to hire you. It lasted 10 minutes (3 questions, plus info about what to do next). You submit security paperwork, and wait for a start date. (Usually 2-5months).

It was very straight forward. Went over basic qualifications to ensure I was a good fit for the position. Another interview was scheduled for the next step. I have not been offered a position yet.

Someone called, it was a give and take interview interspersed with information about the company and questions about my experiences. Overall, very laid back and conversational. It took 45 mins to an hour

Entrevista
Interview was over the phone and took about an hour. The interviewer was very cordial and down-to-earth making the entire process very easy. He was also very forthcoming with the realities of the position (hours, pay, personnel, benefits, duties) and there was more discussion regarding the job itself than my background/resume. This was likely due to my individual circumstances regarding work experience and may/may not be applicable to others interviewing in the future. Overall, a very good experience for a first-time "interviewee".
