I applied online via the corporate website. I had an initial phone screening call with the recruiter a week later. I had two further interviews (face to face at BAE offices) during the process. The recruiter and recruitment coordinator were both very responsive and helpful. At all times I was kept informed.
The offer was good and compared to other companies I was interviewing with, the BAE recruitment process was both clear and smooth. The whole process took 2 months and this included Christmas and a vacation. This experience gave me a good impression of BAE
