The interview was fairly straightforward. It was a competency-based type of question. Technical questions as well as work behavior questions were asked. The interview lasted for about 70 minutes. Overall good interview experience and gives a fair indication of whether you’re a good fit for the role or not. However, would highly not recommend it for internationals. My experience is that I did good in the interview and 5 weeks later I was through to the visa sponsorship process but then I heard nothing for the following 4 months. When I started chasing I immediately got an auto-rejection email without feedback. The same rejection email one who didn’t reach the interview stage would get. My Assumption is that either, they are not willing to offer sponsorships to young prospects, or, they are not very appreciative of diversity.
