An online application form followed by a two day assessment centre constituting of a written commercial exercise, an interview, a presentation, and a group exercise. I found out I was successful less than a week after attending the centre.

The interview was relatively straight forward. The far harder exercise was the presentation exercise that involved a representative from the business being deliberately awkward.

They used an online-based system where you record your answers to questions. Then it is review by Ai and then they tell you whether you go to then next step or not

Difficult but fair, it ranged from questions about the company and situations I have been in that I suggest good management skills. Although the questions were relatively easy you have to be careful with what you say.
