Long, disorganized, and used my "intelligence". They kept making me do "tasks" for them such as create a LinkedIn, and create a Youtube proposal to "narrow" candidates. Afterwards they would ask about my "thought process". I would have to reach out to them again after not hearing back. After my last project and debrief was complete, I never heard back from them after three interview rounds!
