I had a phone interview with the Marketing Manager and it went well. She scheduled me for a face-to-face interview with the Sales Director the following week. I went to the interview but the Sales Director never showed up; employees tried reaching him but to no avail. I ended up waiting close to an hour and finally left. I contacted the Marketing Manager and told her what had happened and she said she'd find out what happened, but I have not heard from her anymore. I never received an apology or anything; very strange. This position was posted on Linked-In, so they had full view of my background and all the professional job references I have. This is a very inconsiderate and rude company.
