Initial call with recruiter, followed by a video call with one partner, and then a final in-person interview with another partner and senior manager. Following the final interview, I received no communication from the Azets recruitment team for three and a half weeks after repeated attempts on my side. I eventually received a standard rejection email, with no feedback, after reaching out to one of the interviewers. Very disappointing not to get any feedback, especially as the interview was the final stage. I also think it’s unacceptable to to try to ghost a candidate, particularly when they took the time to meet you in person.
