More like a conversation where they tried to convince you to join them rather than you convincing them to hire you. Only about 3-4 questions were asked, the rest was just conversational.
Easy and straightforward interview process. Involved in online numerical assessments and online video interviews which asked why the company and why the role. After this, it was an online assessment center and if you were successful you were invited to an in-person final interview.
Good interview, not too difficult and partners made me feel welcomed in a relaxed setting. Group discussion wasn’t too difficult either just make sure to be a good listener and keep note of the discussion
