Entrevista
During the first interview that is mostly HR interview, there is a test with questions about Linux, SQL, C++ and Java.
Several day later is the technical interview with several senior employees.During this interview are discussed the answers from the test and in addition there are questions about core Java, SQL, design patterns, SSL, algorithms. The questions are not difficult.
My impression is that the company has great difficulties to hire new employees and if you don't do really bad on the interview most probably you will be hired.

The interview was a very straight-forward interview. The first interview was a HR discussion. The second interview was a technical discussion, no live coding, along with a discussion with the manager
