I was hired through a recruiter, process took 6 months to complete, had several interviews,
2 with the HR, 1 with the Regional Sales Manager and one with the Vice president and Regional Sales Manager

They kept asking about my personality to check how i can fit in their organisation from a cultural perspective.
More focus on culture, some technical questions as well as some sales questions

Entrevista
First round screening, 2-3 rounds with managers and final round was a presentation with a given topic related to Axis product/market/strategy.
Overall I'd say it's pleasant and efficient interview process
