Axis Bank’s interview process typically involves an initial aptitude test, followed by group discussions or case studies, and personal interviews. The interviews assess candidates on technical knowledge, problem-solving, communication skills, and alignment with the bank's values.
The interview was pretty smooth and the interviewer was polite enough to assist me with answers that I didn't get right . It was overall a good experience with the recruitment team of Axis. They were also open to negotiations in salary inspite of it being a campus drive
