First phone screening- asked a few SQL based questions, Second on-site interview- Questions based on SQL and Excel ( tables were given and questions were based on it) Third- Meeting with CFO -General questions related to profile and company

The interview includes 3 rounds. 1 Phone and 2 on-site. During the phone interview, I was asked serveral SQL and excel questions based on description. Then I was arranged for one on-site interview with two people( One manager and one teammember), asking both behavioral (such as how to deal with different work situations) and one paper test on sql and excel. After that there was a HR interview, but she was not in the office( not professional at all) During the next day, I received a personality test sent by that HR without appology. After few days, I was invited to the second round on site interview with a manager. She was really friendly and nice to talk to. Most of the questions are hehavioural, on your project experience. Finally I went on to the HR interview which should happen last time. My salary expectation I said tends to be a bit higher than their budget, so that might be the reason I havent heard from them 3 weeks later. Not even a rejection email, somehow unprofessional overall.
