I first had a phone screening with the HR Manager, then I met with the hiring manager to discuss the position over lunch. The vibe was odd and uncomfortable for a less-than-senior-level position. After the interview I was told that the position was changing and it was going to be a more senior-level position, something I didn't have the experience for yet.

Easy. You meet the team and get an interview. No behavioral, they want to know what you did at your last job. Prove you know Excel and SQL and the job is yours. Expect questions about how you would do something. Its standard though, just the usual interview questions. They let go of a lot of people so they are looking for people to do things above their pay grade.

Best interview process I have ever experienced. They made me feel so comfortable. Axcess financial's interview process should be the basis for other companies. There are genuine and I feel like they really want you to succeed.
