Applied online through the Aviva website. It took them more than 4 weeks to send an interview invite. Interview consisted of 3 panel members. First 10 minutes was a presentation. No questions asked from the panel members. Second part of the interview was a mixed of competency and value based questions based on Aviva’s core values. I felt like I was thrown in the deep end with some of the questions. Interview took up a whole hour. Was advised to wait a week for an outcome. It’s been MORE THAN 2 weeks and still nothing so obviously I am assuming I’ve been ghosted. Complete waste of my time. If they think this is unprofessional, them not giving a feedback after the time I invested in the presentation they asked me to and didn’t even bother to ask any question makes me doubt them as an employer. I am glad I dodged a bullet and accepted a better offer elsewhere.
