Good assessment centre experience. All employees were really friendly and clearly loved working for Aviva. The day consisted of a group activity, individual interview and set of puzzles that you did with some current employees. All very laidback though

The online assessment centre was 3-4 hours long and consisted of group exercises, individual interviews with 2 people as well as individual tests based on logical reasoning. It was a long process that was made easy by the interviewers, however, the online aspect of it did make it difficult.
