step1: phone interview with Hiring Manger.
step2: come in the the office meet up with hiring manager and other senior candidate
step3: the follow week, they sent me a project to work on and present to them in few days after
step4: few days after got a call to meet up with VP for about 30 mins interview
step5: got offered conditional on reference check (they use BackCheck.com to run reference and criminal check. This includes: employment verification, education verification, and criminal check)

Video interview with hiring manager after applying directly. Quick response to the initial application online, internal recruiter arranged the interview and accommodated adjustment to timing, overall pleasant interview going through my experience but no response after 2 weeks.
