Invited for interview by telephone 2 weeks after online application. Received email after 2 weeks to invite me for a second interview. Promised a response the following week but heard nothing........Tried calling and emailing my 'Recruitment Delivery Consultant' who never replied. Also tried calling HR who said they would chase but never called back. Finally, 2 weeks later, having sent an urgent email to said Consultant I received an email saying I didn't get the job. Aviva, how you treat people during the HR process reflects on your brand and on you as a business and my overwhelmingly positive first impression of you has been totally ruined by feeling completely ignored and of little or no importance to you throughout this process.
