Understanding that my experience was negative, I would like to stress that it is solely related to the specific interviewers and not reflective of the company as a whole. I believe that the primary task of interviewers is to create a pleasant and comfortable atmosphere during interviews, as well as to make the candidate feel welcomed. It seems that they didn't want to have a conversation with me; it was too boring for them. I didn't feel like the interviewers were really interested, and it affected me. I didn't feel inclined to open up to them; instead, I wished for the interview to end quickly.
