There were 3 rounds of interviews. There was an initial round to go over the role and the companies expectations along with my working history. The next interview was with who would have been my direct reporting manager. I felt like we really got along and would have worked well together. The final round was the with the C-suite of the department and final decision maker. It took a couple of months to complete due to scheduling conflicts.
