initially started with a series of games and puzzles to work on, as an iq test. then went on to an interview with HR, this interview was really quite straightforward and simple.
Smooth process. Consists of 2 basic HR interviews (fit and motivational questions, 'tell me about a time when', etc) followed by a final half-day online assessment with several individual and group exercises.
