I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the opportunity to interview for the Java Software position at Avenga. I thoroughly enjoyed our conversation and wanted to share some positive feedback about my experience.

Entrevista
Here is 4 steps:
1. Automatic testing
a. Logical test, 30 minutes
b. Theoretical test, 30 minutes
c. Algorithmic coding task at HackerRank, 3 exercises, 1.5 hours
2. Test task where it's needed to implement API app from the scratch (it takes me 3 days)
3. Interview with HR, where a nice person told me everything I wanted to know about the company and the conditions of employment. If everything suits me, then there is a final interview with the architect.
4. Interview with the architect. The architect asks theoretical questions and asks to solve simple problems right away. This conversation was very useful for me and I really enjoyed it.
Get an offer. When I passed all the steps I got the document with a full description of employment conditions
