Good, deep, ask about professional background and family. The procces included 3 enterviews, on with the HHRR recuiter, one with the company CEO and three with 2 members of the board and one external advisor of the company. It was long by rewarding as those enterviews where nice and deep about different aspect of the job and my past. I enjoy it and finally got the job.
