Avangard was very professional throughout both interviews. They send you an email introducing the opportunity with a description of the job as well as scheduling an appropriate time for a phone interview. Afterwards (about a week or less), they send another email inviting you to the office for another interview. The second interview includes the person that was on the phone with you and most likely 2 other employees in which they mention in the email. They asked simple questions and went over my resume. The overall flow of it was professional and smooth.
