I have done three rounds of interview and they have gone awfully quite. I get the impression their only impression is to find out why are you looking for market and what went wrong with what client in your previous company specially if you are from a consulting background. Most their job postings are probably not legit. During the interview they just casually talk to you, there is never a structure.
