Headline: Extremely Unprofessional Recruitment Process – Lack of Respect for Candidates I recently went through the interview process for a data-related position, and I am deeply disappointed by the firm's lack of respect for candidates' time and effort. Despite having a technical interview confirmed for the following day, I received a unilateral rejection email late at night (past 9:00 PM) the day before. Because of the timing, I was unable to see the notification before starting my final preparations. On the day of the interview, I logged in and waited as scheduled, only to find that the interview had been canceled without any prior direct communication or explanation. To make matters worse, the emergency contact provided was unreachable. I feel that the significant effort I invested in rescheduling my personal commitments and preparing for this role was completely disregarded. As a global consulting firm, I expected a much higher standard of professionalism. This experience was incredibly insulting, and I would advise future candidates to be cautious of such disorganized and inconsiderate recruitment practices.

The interview was a two-stage process. The first stage was the technical and the second stage was the behavioral. For the technical, I was interviewed by two people, and the behavioral I faced a panel of three interviewers. The second interview was a week after the first, and each lasted for two hours.
