First interview with director and second with the lead consultant in the relevant area. Overall a very positive experience, interview organised via Teams (videoconference), both interviewers were on time, engaging and asked open-ended questions to find out about my experience, skills and what I'm looking for in the opportunity. Both introduced themselves well and described their role within Avanade, their management approach, gave insight into the culture and explained the expectations of the role I was interviewing for as well as possible career progression paths. The recruitment process was relatively fast, interviews organised within 1 week and offer made the day after last interview. Good communication with recruitment team throughout the process.
