It's a 5 round loop starting with someone close to the job level you'd be if you were hired. All the interviews were very informal and conversational, including with executive leadership. Since it was during Peak Covid all interviews were by phone except one by video chat. There were no coding questions and only a few relatively easy technical questions. At least 50% of the overall time was dedicated to ensuring Avanade was a good fit for me and answering any questions I had.
