The first round of interview is about answering a set of questions. What the interviewer wants to get out of it is whether you asks questions or not. It can be any questions. The second round of interview was more relaxed, just a conversation with the hiring manager.

3 rounds in total + 1 offer call if you pass, almost 1 and a half month for me. 1-2 weeks between each round:
1st Round - 30 min phone screening with Avanade Recruiter. Just to check whether you’re eligible for the role and your expectations. Questions:
* How do you know about Avanade?
* Why do you apply at Avanade?
* What are your goals?
* What design software skills do you have?
* Expected salary range
2nd round - First real interview is more like a design review in my experience so be prepared to present your portfolio.
3rd round - The interview questions are more to getting to know you and your personality — How well can you give a speech, organise events, meet new people etc.
Final call - You will receive a final call for your offer.
