On their first interview it is on the phone and you talk to a recruiter that is very friendly and tried to pump you up about the job. I think just about anyone can get past this particular interview. The second interview they tell you is a technical interview but it is kind of a trick. It is really more of a behavioral interview so I would advise not to get too chummy with the person you talk to but definitely try to lighten up the mood because she too was friendly for me. Make sure you understand a little bit about waterfall vs. agile software development because they will probably ask you about it. Also they will ask you about a time you had a challenge with technology and to tell them how you came about solving the problem... Just general problems and how you solved them they will ask in some form.
