I had a call with the Hiring team( Director & Other Senior Data Engineer) , Interview went pretty great, Beyond any doubt things went nice. Later I am ghosted by. It is horrible when the recruiter says He is unable to reach to the hiring Manager. Overall process lacks transparency, Very poor interview process & feedback loop. I would say put this to the last option in your line. Ghosting is strongly not acceptable.

Great Interview conducted by a Supervisor and a Senior Tech. Felt very inclusive and professional and they have emphasized that the company strive to treat their employee good. Behavioral interviews can be tough. However the interviewers were patient with me and gave me enough time to understand and answer to the best of my ability.
