Telephonic round was basic Technical round was little out of place. they dont have a clue what they were talking about. they just brag that they are building Foundation LLMs, they simply think what you do is not up to their standard. They brag like they are doing stuff like OpenAI, Deep seek Managerial round was waste of time- they ask about what they know. nothing related to the job description or the candidate experience The take home assignment is a scam. No proper defnition of the problem. they just give you open ended problem. This is just an idea pooling scam. Process took more than a month. they schedule the calls. but, no one joins, then they re-schedule
