Even though I was not hired, I was very impressed by how quickly this company moved with its recruiting process. I was scheduled for a group phone interview; however, the company failed to call me and would not return my calls that day. We later set up another time and were able to speak then. The interview was a phone interview with a panel of engineers from AD. I received questions regarding the contents of my resume and my cover letter. The interview ended and within 30 minutes, I had an e-mail stating that I had been declined. So despite the rejection and despite being stood up the first time, I give this company kudos for being very quick during the recruiting process and not keeping applicants waiting and wondering.
